Check-in & Check-out
Arrival: Check-in from 4:00 pm.
Departure: Checkout until 10:00 am.
If you plan on arriving after 8:00 pm, we ask you to let us know by phone
Payment options
You have the option to pay cash on-site or in advance by bank transfer.
Deposit
After receiving a deposit of 40% of the total price, you will receive a binding reservation by email. Payment information will be provided at the time of the written booking.
Cancellation terms
Summer
You can cancel free of charge up to one week in advance. Within the last week before the start of the vacation we charge 100% of the reservation price. In case of late arrival or early departure, we also charge 100% of the full reservation price.
Winter
Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Up to 30 days before the start of the vacation the cancellation is free of charge. Between 30 days to one week before the start of the vacation 70% of the reservation fee must be paid. From one week before we charge the total price. In case of late arrival or early departure, we also charge 100% of the full reservation price.
Travel insurance
Because something unexpected can always happen, we recommend that you take out travel insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
Parking options
You can store your equipment in our ski cellar. You will also find a free shoe dryer that you can use during your stay. We assume no liability for the storage room.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. However, smoking is allowed on the balcony or outsidethe door.
Parking
One free parking space is available per room or apartment.
